One of the standout features of both Chilton Court and Woodfield Court is our exceptional staff retention. We take immense pride in the fact that many of our team members have been with us for years, building lasting relationships with residents and families alike. This continuity of care is a cornerstone of the high-quality service we provide.

When our staff are with us long-term, they get to know each resident personally—understanding their needs, preferences, and routines.   • My mother has been a resident of Woodfield Court since June 2018. She settled in very quickly and is happy and well cared for and above all, safe. The staff are all kind and considerate, no matter how busy they are and Mum has never complained about her care. Mum fell and broke her hip in March and was sent back to Woodfield Court within a week and the care she has received since has been excellent and she is making very good progress. She is 93 years old.

  • My father-in-law was in another care home owned by Stowcare who own Woodfield Court. The care we received there was excellent. Mum moved into Woodfield Court on 3/5/2019 and the care has continued here. All the staff have lots of patience and are very kind and understanding. Nothing seems too much bother for them. There is a very happy atmosphere in the home which is always reassuring. The staff are all very approachable and brief on how mum is progressing every time we visit. Mum regards her flat as her home which is the best endorsement that can be given.

  • My mum has received consistently good care whilst being a resident at the home. Following a recent stay in the hospital, they were very happy to make adjustments to her care package to enable her to return to the home as quickly as possible. There is not a high turnover of staff and they always appear cheerful even when up against challenging situations!
