At Chilton Court and Woodfield Court, we pride ourselves on creating a truly homely environment. Chilton Court Care Home
At Chilton Court, we offer a variety of living arrangements to meet the unique needs of our residents. The home has 22 single rooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a private and peaceful retreat, complete with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to the single rooms, we also have 4 suites that offer more spacious living areas, perfect for residents who may want a little extra room or prefer a more luxurious living space. These suites are ideal for those who may want to maintain some level of independence while still having access to the support they need.
Chilton Court also includes 10 Care Houses within our Courtyard area, which offers a unique living option for residents who want a bit more independence while having the reassurance of care available 24/7. The Courtyard Care Housing provides private bungalows with access to care home-level support whenever it’s needed, allowing residents to enjoy the best of both worlds—independence with the safety of comprehensive care just steps away.
Woodfield Court Care Home
Woodfield Court features 29 beautifully appointed single rooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Our rooms are spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, allowing residents to bring personal touches that make their space truly their own. This helps foster a sense of belonging and autonomy, which is vital for emotional well-being.
The layout of Woodfield Court encourages a homely feel throughout, with common areas that invite interaction and relaxation, such as cozy lounges, dining rooms, and outdoor spaces.
